On Sunday, June 22 at 3 p.m., teen entrepreneur and children’s book author Gabby Goodwin, who will present her latest book, “Naturally Me at the Confidence Salon” at the Richland Library Man Branch.
Known nationally as the CEO of GaBBY Bows, (a line of anti-slip barrettes) Goodwin will read from her book and speak candidly about her experience as a young Black entrepreneur, author, and role model. The event will be moderated by WIS TV’s Billie Jean Shaw, and will include a book signing in partnership with All Good Books.

Rozalynn invented GaBBY Bows, the first, sustainable and anti-slip Double-Face Double-Snap Barrette. They hold three U.S. patents. Gabby became a six-figure entrepreneur by the sixth grade. She launched the Mommy and Me Entrepreneurship Academy in 2018. More than 50 girls and their mothers from 16 states have enrolled for mentoring and started their own businesses under the Confidence brand.
