Have we forgotten about Black Americans who served this Nation honorably, like my father, relatives, and other friends and members of this society, because they are and were Americans? Why are we trying to end Black history in the contact of American History? The concept of DEI
was not even a thought when African Americans and other minorities took their responsibilities as citizens to protect the rights of all Americans, even though they were second-class citizens who struggled to gain the same rights as white Americans. It was the Civil Rights movement, and
the next step was equal rights and Inclusion. Are you implying that there has never been a time in this Nation’s history when the establishment degraded and subjugated other races and cultures and were not discriminated against by the majority?
