Trinity United Methodist Church will present “My Soul Says Yes” Negro Spiritual Festival on Saturday, March 29th at 3 {: } 0 0 \mathrm { p. m } . The purpose of the festival is the celebration and preservation of the art form known as the Negro Spiritual. The festival will include educational segments about the historical significance of the spiritual as well as performances by various groups. The
festival will feature performances by the university choirs of South Carolina State University, Claflin University and Voorhees University as well as several high school choirs and individual performers.
The community is invited to come and celebrate with us on Saturday, March 29th. Admission is free but sponsorship opportunities are available. Some of the funding will
