On Thursday, April 23, the Columbia Triad Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association of held its annual Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala.
ABWA Columbia Triad Chapter President Quianna Nathaniel-Couthen presented awards to three individuals at the gala. Melissa White, a project manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield, received the ABWA Woman of the Year Award. Kaitlyn Brabham received the ABWA Protégé Award, and Nathaniel Abraham Jr., publisher of the Carolina Panorama Newspaper, received the ABWA Community Partner Award.
The keynote speaker for the event was Candance W. McCulen, the ABWA’s 2025 Community Partner of the Year honoree.
