The Richland County Recreation Commission has announced that six Richland One student-athletes have been nominated for the 2025 Richland County High School Football Player of the Year award.
The award winner will be announced in December
during a special banquet for the nominees, their families and their coaches. The winner will receive a $2,000 scholarship or college educational bundle (including an iPad and gift cards) for their hard work and dedication on and off the field.
Richland One’s Player of the Year nominees and the schools they attend are:
- Brandon Ashford – Eau Claire
- Azel Banag – A.C. Flora High
