As part of our $ 2 billion investment in South Carolina, we plan to create more than 4,OOO jobs for Blythewood and the greater Midlands community.While we already have more than 300 team members in our growing South Carolina office helping to plan and build our manufacturing operations,we arenow approaching the start of hiring for team members who willbe working directly on making the vehicles when our Production Center opens.
In the coming weeks, we will begin hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians who willhelp install and maintain our manufacturing equipment. These roles, which willrequire ^ { 3 + } years of experience in advanced manufacturing, mark a key step in building out the foundation of our operations-and the beginning of many more opportunities to come.
As we progress into 2026, we plan to begin ramping up hiring of the Production Team Members who willbe making our rugged SUVs and pickup trucks.Unlike the Maintenance Technicians, many of these roles will not require any previous manufacturing experience,offering thousands of Midlands residents a pathway to world-class training, new skills and career development.
