Richland School District is pleased to announce the addition of several Academics Department leaders. Dr. Jerome Davis will serve as Executive Director of Secondary Instruction beginning July 1, 2025. ShaQueena McLaughlin will serve as Executive Director of Special Education Services beginning July 15, 2025. Kimberly Hutcherson will serve as the Director of Student Services.
