Richland One honored Teachers of the Year, Classified Employees of the Year and retiring employees on Friday, May 10 at Celebration 2024, the district’s end-of-theyear employee recognition banquet. The event was held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
During the program, Joseph Bell was announced as the 2024-2025 Richland One Teacher of the Year. Mr.
Bell is a fourth-grade teacher at Pine Grove Elementary School. Mark Davis, a therapeutic assistant at Horrell Hill Elementary School, was announced as the 2024-2025 Richland One Classified Employee of the Year. A.C. Moore Elementary School teacher Julia Turner was announced as the 2024-2025 Richland One Induction Teacher of the Year.
