Richland One students will have eLearning days on November 25, November 26 and April 21 to make up for the three days missed when schools were closed due to inclement weather.

As previously announced, November 25 will be the makeup day for the day students missed August 8 (which would have been the first day of the 2024-2025 school year) due to Hurricane Debby. November 25 would have been the first day of the Thanksgiving Break.

November 26 and April 21 will be the makeup days for the two school days students missed (September 30 and October 1) due to Hurricane Helene. November 26 would
have been the second day of the Thanksgiving Break. April 21 would have been the last day of Spring Break.
- Thanksgiving Break will now be November 27-29. Spring Break will now be April 14-18.
November 25, November 26 and April 21 were designated as makeup days on the district’s 2024-2025 academic calendar. School districts are required by state law to identify three makeup days that can be used if needed.
Richland One schools were also closed September 27 due to Hurricane Helene, but students do not have to make up that day because it was an eLearning day.
