Richland Library is proud to introduce Donna Davis as the Spring 2025 Entrepreneurin-Residence (EiR), bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Davis, CEO of D.W. Davis Consulting, LLC, is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership, program development, and business coaching.
A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resource Development, Davis is dedicated to helping individuals break barriers and achieve success in business and life. As a Certified Public Manager and member of the International Association of Artificial Intelligence Consultants, she specializes in grant writing, business development, and leveraging AI to optimize business strategies.
Davis is also the author of I Wish She Knew, a book designed to empower entre-
preneurs with the knowledge and resilience needed to succeed. Through her residency, she will offer monthly coaching sessions focused on emotional resilience and strategic planning, providing local business owners with personalized support.
During her residency which runs until May 31, 2025, Davis will lead a series of insightful workshops tailored to small business owners and entrepreneurs:
