Reason One, a leading full-service digital agency, proudly announces the commencement of its fourth annual Mentorship and Scholarship Program for Black students across the Province of Ontario and the State of South Carolina. The Reason One Mentorship and Scholarship Program (ROMSP) aims to foster diversity in the tech industry by providing support and opportunities for marginalized communities, thereby nurturing the next generation of diverse leaders.

Open to Black students aged 17-35 enrolled or recently accepted in digitaldisciplined programs, the ROMSP endeavors to facilitate access and eliminate financial barriers for those pursuing or planning to pursue careers in technology. This year’s program will provide a 1-year

“Now in our fourth year, Reason One’s Mentorship & Scholarship program has supported 12 students to date, providing $50,000 in scholarship funds to students in all phases of their journeys to careers in tech. Our mentees have gone on to work for companies like Apple, BDO, and MasterCard, to name a few, and it’s been an honor to support them in their success. We are excited to meet this year’s cohort of mentees and learn from them again this year.” -Ben Cash, Co-Founder & CEO of Reason One.
