Native daughter Paulette Cunningham returns to South Carolina to host her company’s inaugural “Don’t Let Your Phone Upgrade Before You Do” personal and professional development conference.
This half-day conference is geared toward professionals and lay persons who wish to advance in their careers and life. The two featured workshops – “Don’t Let Your Phone Upgrade Before You Do” and “Living Life in a New Way” – have been presented to organizations in the Midlands community with overwhelming success throughout the years.
“Don’t Let Your Phone Upgrade Before You Do” was crafted 10 years ago and has been a staple of the company since its creation. Audience members are universally informed, inspired, and ignited!
Consequently, participants leave this session moved to action and with a plan in hand for execution. Most recently, “Living Life in a New Way” was the keynote presentation at Midlands Technical College’s annual Administrative Professionals Conference held at Brookland Conference Center last April. To say that the session was well-received is an understatement. Attendees were empowered for success and equipped with guidance on how to reach their goals despite any obstacles they may face.
Different than motivational platitudes that serve only to hype audiences up for the moment, Phenomenal Communications, LLC (PhenomComm) distinguishes itself by providing solid strategies that are proven effective. The tools offered in Paulette’s workshops, keynote speeches, and coaching sessions are substantive strategies fleshed out and life-tested.
Drawing on training and experience in both education and talent development, Paulette amplifies and elucidates researched best practices into meaningful material that people can digest and apply to their lives – career and personal – in real time.
No one leaves a PhenomComm event untouched, unmoved, uninformed, or unarmed with real transformative training and development.

Additionally, Bailey’s wife, Attorney Allyce Bailey, hosted a “Thank You Reception” for campaign volunteers and supporters who worked on Bailey’s campaigns on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 5:30 pm. “We wanted to thank everyone who helped us along the way. Campaigning is indicative of the democratic process in that it takes everyone,” said Coun-
cilman Bailey. “It is about the support you receive from your spouse, family, friends, and the community. I am humbled by the overwhelming love and support I have received, and I look forward to serving my community,” concluded Bailey in his remarks to both
groups.
