Orangeburg County School District (OCSD) proudly congratulates Dr. Bernard E. Frost, OCSD Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, on his appointment to two prestigious committees during the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA) Instructional Leaders Conference. Dr. Frost has been named to both the SCASA Executive Committee and the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) Teaching and Learning Advisory Committee.
