Northminster Presbyterian Church invites the community to celebrate Black History Month in partnership with Columbia South Carolina 63 and The Center For Civil Rights History and Research at the University of South Carolina. Come and view the display of images, artifacts and testimony which preserve the history of Columbia and tell the Civil Rights story and the struggle for freedom. Converse with local authors and see products available from vendors in our community.

Celebrate Black authors all year long
This is the year that we pledge to celebrate Black Literacy/ History all year!
Calling Black Authors, Artists and Business Leaders, to the launch of a yearlong celebration, highlighting the literary works of black authors, and stories of black heroism.
A meeting will be held on January 29, 2024 at Richland County Public Library on Assembly Street at 5 {: } 0 0 \mathrm { p. m } .
Dinner with the authors will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 @ 5:00 PM from The Epicurean Table-9661 Horrell Hill Rd.- Hopkins, SC. Come celebrate with an amazing group of people.
