Sunday School just got a lot more exciting at New Light Beulah Baptist Church! The historic Lower Richland church, located at 1330 Congaree Road, Hopkins, SC 29061, is inviting the entire community to turn their Bibles into game plans.
This week, the church will host a full morning of faith and fellowship beginning with Breakfast, followed by Bible Jeopardy at 8:50 a.m., Morning Worship, and an Ice Cream Social immediately after service.
Members and guests are encouraged to watch the church’s weekly lesson video, study next week’s lesson, and come ready to play, learn, and win. It’s fellowship, fun, and the Word – all in one.
Want to compete in Bible Jeopardy? Contestants who wish to participate are asked to register in advance by email at nlbbcss@gmail.com. Come test your Bible knowledge and enjoy some friendly competition!
In addition, New Light Beulah is calling all of its children home for a special celebration. The church is hosting a grand Youth Day Reunion. All youth, former Youth Council Members, and anyone who ever worshiped or served as a youth at New Light Beulah is invited back for a joyous homecoming.
“If you ever sang in the youth choir, served on the Youth Council, or sat in that youth pew, this day is for YOU,” organizers said. “We want to see you, hug you, and celebrate what God has done in your life.”
The reunion will kick off at 8:15 a.m. with breakfast and continue through morning worship.
