Gethsemane Young Woman’s and Woman’s Auxiliaries Co-Host 4th Annual CommUNITY Baby Shower
The Gethsemane Young Woman’s and Woman’s Auxiliaries are proud to announce they are co-hosting the 4th Annual CommUNITY Baby Shower on September 7, 2024. This event will take place from 10 a.m. – – 1 2 \mathrm { p. m } . at Greater St. Luke Baptist Church ML Smith Community Development Center, 5213 Farrow Road, Columbia, SC 29203. At this event, we will distribute free infant essentials for expecting moms, parents or caregivers to babies 0-3 months old.
The event’s theme is “Mommy and Her Sweet Honey Bee” and will provide guests with a fun and interactive experience as they support their local community. Those who wish to donate support can do so by contacting Rochell Swinton at (803) 239- 6873 or reality7773@gmail.com by September 3, 2024.
The Gethsemane Young Woman’s Auxiliary and Woman’s Auxiliary are mission-driven auxiliaries of the Gethsemane Baptist Association, a 501(c)(3) organization. Comprised of women aged 18 and above, our missions both are to serve and positively impact our local community and abroad.
Join our community partners, Humana Healthy Connections, LaVie Pregnancy Care Center, and Healthy Blue HealthPlan of SC, at our 4th Annual CommUNITY baby shower for a continuous, unique opportunity to offer support and comfort to those in need.
