This communitydriven event celebrates the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) while alleviating health outcomes by bringing together people of all walks of life. Participants of all fitness levels are invited to run, walk, or cheer on the students, alumni, faculty, and supporters of HBCUs. Registration is open, and participants can save $5.00 with promo code: 2025. General registration is $35.00 with a guaranteed race t-shirt.
“This race is more than fitness – it’s about unity, pride, and collaboration with the various HBCU attendees and graduates nationwide who reside in South Carolina,” said Khali Gallman, event organizer. “For two years now, we have had participants from all over the South and ranging from toddlers to the 90+
years old. We hope that this year will bring together even more alumni, families, and community partners to honor our HBCUs while exploring Columbia.”
