
The Kappa Foundation of Columbia, SC will host the 13th annual Collie E. Rayford Golf Classic on Friday, September 25, 2026. at Windermere Golf Course, 1101 Longtown Road East, in Blythewood, South Carolina. Registration is at 7:30 a.m. and play will begin with a 9 a.m. shot gun start.
To kick off the event, on Thursday, September 24, at 6 p.m. a reception will be held at 1233 Elm Abode Terrace to honor Collie E. Rayford, a long-time Midlands youth educator, coach and mentor after whom the Classic is named, and to acknowledge and thank our sponsors.
More than 100 golfers, including business and community leaders, and representatives of professional organizations across the Midlands are expected. Both men and women golfers can compete to claim the longest drive and closest to the pin trophies and awards. Registration includes breakfast, green fees, cart and range balls, goodie bags and on-course snacks and refreshments.
