In this cause, it appearing from the Order of Publication, that the Respondent, Kristian Lynn Keith’s, residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, it was ordered that publication be made for four successive weeks, in the Carolina Panorama Newspaper to notify Respondent, Kristian Lynn Keith, to file an answer with this court and send a copy to Petitioners’ attorney, Kara Teeple, Esq., whose address is 208 W. Fairview Ave., Johnson City, Tennessee 37604, within 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last date of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered against Respondent. Failure ot appear may result in the termination of Respondent’s parental rights ot the above-named child. The cause is set for hearing before this Court on 15th day of November 2024 at 9:00 a.m. located at 801 Anderson Street, Bristol, Tennessee, to provide said Respondent with an opportunity ot appear and defend.
