Columbia, SC – On September 21, 2024 at 5pm SC UpLift Community Outreach will host its first Gala at Segra Park (Fireflies stadium) with special entertainment, Akintunde.
Founded in February 2008, SC UpLift’s mission is to help low to moderate-income individuals and families improve their quality of life through safe,
secure, quality, affordable housing and employment services.
In addition to Affordable Housing, SC UpLift Community Outreach helps seniors in South Carolina Age-In-Place safely in their homes by putting in ramps, widening doors for wheelchair access, adding slip resistant flooring in showers, and much more.
In 2020, The Builders Industry Association of Central South Carolina (BIA) awarded SC UpLift Community Outreach the 1st Gold Certified Universal Living Home in
South Carolina.
SC UpLift’s belief is everyone deserves safe, stable living conditions as they navigate their daily lives, and their goal is to serve as a vehicle which allows residents and businesses to work together to solve problems and improve the quality of life in our communities.
SC UpLift is doing the work by Uplifting and Improving Communities in Need.
