The IDA consists of eight sessions prioritizing personalization, collective leadership and equity and access to effective instruction. The cohort includes strategies including group discussions, simulations, case studies and networking. Participants in the cohort can “take the lead in their learning using jobembedded experiences and personalization to support their role as district-level leaders.”
