First Palmetto Bank names Andrea Fripp as Vice President of Community & Business Developmen

Andrea Fripp joins First Palmetto Bank as Vice President of Community and Business Development. Fripp is a former mortgage lender and CFO for the Richland County Recreation Commission. She brings over 25 years of experience in banking, governmental finance and mortgage lending, and is currently a Councilwoman for the Town of Blythewood.

In her new role as VP of Community and Business Development, Fripp will work to build relationships and develop partnerships designed to strengthen First Palmetto Bank’s mission of meeting affordable housing and credit needs of the communities that the bank services, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Her goal is to collaborate with community stakeholders, community-based organizations and government officials to address community needs. In her business development role, she will identify business lending and banking services that increase opportunities for small and minority owned businesses and churches.
