Denmark Technical College will celebrate a historic occasion with the investiture of its 10th president, Eric Brown, Ph.D., on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 10 a.m. in
the William L. McDuffie Student Life Center. The public ceremony, themed “Innovate. Elevate. Transform.,” marks a milestone in the college’s history and reflects Brown’s early impact on the institution.
That evening, the college will host the President’s Legacy Scholarship Gala from 6 to { \mathrm { 9 p. m } }, in the same venue. The formal event will bring together community leaders, alumni, faculty, staff and supporters to celebrate the college’s growth and raise funds for student scholarships.
