Founded in 2013 by Rubin Salahuddin, Community Pest Control LLC serves homeowners and businesses across Columbia’s Midlands region. With nearly 40 years in pest control since 1985, Rubin – a Clemson University trained applicator licensed across 79 industrial and institutional categories – built a business rooted in expertise, fairness, and family legacy. After a long career in pest control, Rubin launched his own company in 2013. Motivated by the desire to provide affordable, reliable service and to establish a sustainable, family run enterprise, he applies his decades of field experience toward personalized customer care.
Rubin’s credibility is backed by a Clemson pesticide applicator license spanning 79 categories since 1987, a testament to his professionalism in industrial and structural pest control.
