SUMMER 2025
At Scout Motors, our mission is to equip the scout in all of us. That means working to provide everyone – our employees, our customers, and our community – with the tools, support, and confidence for exploration.
In June, more than 70 production team members from Scout Motors came together to construct 24 new trailhead kiosks for South Carolina’s Palmetto Trail. This large-scale volunteer effort, coordinated in partnership with the Palmetto Conservation Foundation, served both as a team-building exercise and a meaningful contribution to outdoor accessibility across the state.
Forming a coordinated assembly line, the Scout Motors plant engineering team leveraged its manufacturing expertise to efficiently
build the large trailhead kiosks, which willsoon be installed atvarious points along the 5Oo-mile Palmetto Trail. These kioskswill providesignage, trailinformation, andguidance tothousands ofhikers, bikers, and nature lovers traversing the state’s longest pedestrian and bicycle trail.
