On May 30th, 2024, Civic Nation, the Student Debt Crisis Center, and the U.S. Department of Education in cooperation with the Office of Congressman James E. Clyburn (SC-06), will host an in-depth clinic on federal student loan repayment. The clinic will address challenges facing student loan borrowers by offering insights, explaining repayment options, and providing individual support to help navigate your student debt.
The event is free and open to the public. The first hour of the event will include a training and Q&A session on student loan repayment
and forgiveness options. The remainder of the event will serve as an open clinic for borrowers to get assistance navigating their student loans and signing up for income-driven repayment programs. There will be laptops provided for attendees to use during the session.
The Federal student loan repayment clinic will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Orangeburg, SC (185 Boulevard St Orangeburg, SC 29115) on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
