The 2024-2025 school year marks 75 years since C.A. Johnson High School opened its doors to students in 1949. To celebrate, the school (2219 Barhamville Road, Columbia, SC 29204) will hold the Diamond Jubilee Gospelfest: Celebrating 75 Years of Educational Excellence Saturday, March 15 at 4 p.m.
The concert will feature Grammy Award-winning
gospel singer Le’Andria Johnson and Blanche McAllister-Dykes, Jarell Smalls, Tejon Conyers and Damon Terry. The event will be hosted by Jeffrey Lampkin of The Big DM 101.3 FM.
